This policy explains what JobCFO collects when you use jobcfo.com and the JobCFO Cost+ app, and how it is used.

QuickBooks data

When you connect QuickBooks Online, you authorize JobCFO through Intuit to read your company’s accounting data: customers and projects, vendors, employees, accounts, items, bills, expenses, purchase orders, journal entries, timesheet entries and attachments. JobCFO uses it only to build your cost-plus draws and backup packages. It writes to QuickBooks only when you post a draw, to create the owner invoice and attach its backup.

Connection tokens are encrypted at rest. You can disconnect at any time from the app or from your QuickBooks Apps page, which revokes JobCFO’s access.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
• We do not use your financial data to train AI models.
• We do not move money or pay bills.

Account and contact information

We keep the name and email of people who use JobCFO, and anything you send us, to provide support and operate your account.

Service providers

JobCFO runs on hosting and database providers that process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. Ask us to delete it at any time and we will remove it, except where the law requires us to keep records.
